At about this time of year the tea pot is once more pushed into action making tisane or herbal as the herb start taking off in the garden. First to come through here are lemon balm leaves, great for a simple infusion, pick fresh leaves, place them in the pot and top up with boiling water, leave to steep for a few minutes before pouring into a cup ready to drink in the goodness. Keep topping up the pot with more hot water all day.
